Forever Cowboys just finished the 4th Camp of Champions of 2010. Each one has been a huge success. Many of the students have come to these camps in order to strengthen their roping skills and have left with a whole new attitude on life. Don't get the wrong impression though. Allen has developed a 5 day course that is sure to bring each students roping to the next level. We have story after story of people leaving the camp and winning more than ever before. Allen hopes to develop champions in and out of the arena.
We are excited about how God is changing lives through Forever Cowboys Ministries. Many students experience God for the very first time at these camps. We believe it is important to teach people how to have a relationship with a loving Father as well as the people around them. Jesus was asked what the most important commandment was and His response was to love God and love people(Matthew 22:36-40).
Forever Cowboys has three more camps scheduled for 2010 including a family camp and our first ever camp for Men over 31.
Loops and Lace
Prior to the Windy Ryon Memorial Roping, Forever Cowboys hosted the first annual All-Girl roping camp. The women had the best time roping together and getting to know each other. After five days the bonds were thick and seven ladies had given their lives to Christ. This event was such a success we are planning it again for next year.
